Our company's Welding turning rolls is developed based on JB/T9187-1999 "welding turning rolls"  technical requirements. Turning rolls is suitable for welding metal cylinder, especially for boiler and pressure vessel manufacture of special equipment, advanced technology, reliable quality, simple operation.

Welding turning rolls composed by Driving and Idler parts:

Driving part : base, motor, drive gear, rack, roller;

Idler part : base, rack, roller.

Working conditions:

The around air temperature should not exceed the following limits:

Maximum temperature 40℃

Minimum temperature 0℃

Air relative humidity is not more than 80%

No serious harm or affect the normal use of the turning rolls explosive or corrosive industrial gases, water vapor, salt spray and chemical sediments

Quality of power grid:  

   Power requirement:3 phase ,AC380 V,50Hz

   Voltage fluctuation: voltage fluctuation(frequency is rating)≤10%

   Frequency fluctuation: frequency fluctuation(voltage is rating)≤2%

Working principle

Turning rolls working model: the two motors and reducer of driving rolls which is controlled by the same AC motor drive control, to achieve stepless speed and synchronous operation of the two motors to drive rolls rotation by the transmission system. Workpiece is placed on the driving and idler rolls, driving rolls is used to turn the workpiece rotating by the friction between the driving roller and the workpiece, 

Linear speed of the welding on the workpiece is the welding speed. Friction of between the workpiece and idler rolls which played a supporting role. 

Each rack frame of the Welding turning rolls can be adjusted in the diameter of the workpiece, you can save manpower and improve efficiency.
